What we work on
Cars, trucks, vans, SUVs and commercial vehicles, up to box trucks and semi tractors. Call with your year, make and model and we'll tell you what the glass costs before we come out.
Windshield replacement
Full front windshield swap when a crack has spread past the point of repair, including the moulding and clips. OEM glass available if you want it.
Chip and crack repair
Resin injection for rock chips and short cracks. Catching a chip early usually saves the whole windshield.
Door and side windows
Driver, passenger, quarter and vent glass. Common after a break-in, and we vacuum the glass out of the door and seats.
Rear and back glass
Tempered back glass replacement, including units with defroster grids and antenna lines.
Trucks and fleet vehicles
Box trucks, semi tractors and work vans, done at the yard or the jobsite so the vehicle doesn't lose a day.
Window regulators
Windows that fell into the door or won't roll up. We replace the regulator and motor along with the glass if needed.

About Lucly Auto Glass
Lucly Auto Glass Mobile Service is a one-van operation run out of San Leandro by Angel. There is no waiting room and no shop floor, because the van is the shop. The glass, the urethane and the tools come to the car.
Most of our work is within about 25 miles of San Leandro: Oakland, Alameda, Hayward, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, Union City, Fremont, Berkeley and the towns in between. If you're outside that ring, call and ask.
Give us the year, make and model, and whether the damage is on the windshield, a door window or the back glass. We quote the price on the phone. There's no charge for the mobile visit, and the workmanship carries a lifetime warranty.

How a visit works
From the first call to driving away, here's the sequence.
- Price quoted on the phoneWe give you the number for your specific vehicle before we schedule anything.
- No charge for the mobile visitHome driveway, apartment lot, street parking, workplace or fleet yard. All we need is room to open the doors.
- Most windshields take about an hourChip repairs run around 30 minutes on site.
- Early mornings and eveningsWe start at 6:30 am and work until 9 pm most days, so the car can be done before or after work.
- Adhesive cure time before you driveThe blue tape holds the glass while the urethane sets. We'll tell you how long to leave the car parked, usually about an hour depending on weather.
- Lifetime warranty on workmanshipIf a leak or a wind noise traces back to the install, we come back out and fix it.
